Nick focuses his practice on counseling and representing individuals, small businesses and non-profits in the areas of business and tax planning and litigation. Nick has extensive experience structuring business and real estate transactions, drafting wills and estate plans for large and small estates, administering trusts and probate estates, forming business entities and drafting operating agreements for limited liability companies, and advising clients in various other matters. He has also represented litigants in various types of legal controversies, including contract disputes, suits involving environmental compliance and permitting, real estate disputes, will contests and IRS collection matters. Prior to founding Keramaris & Keramaris, Nick worked at Seegel, Lipshutz & Wilchins, as an associate in the firm’s estate planning and business law departments. As a law student Nick worked as an intern at the United States Bankruptcy Court.
