Jacqueline B. Doherty

Jacqueline B. Doherty concentrates her practice on civil litigation, specializing in personal injury law, workers compensation, premises and property liability, consumer protection, probate and family law, and local governance and zoning. In addition, she sits on the Development Committee for Veterans Legal Services.

Jacqueline received her J.D. from Boston College Law School. While in law school, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Spencer M. Kagan at the Middlesex Probate and Family Court in Cambridge, Massachusetts and clerked for Sloane and Walsh, LLP and Esdaile, Barrett, Jacobs & Mone, both of Boston, Massachusetts. She was a Regional Finalist in the 2014 European Law Moot Court Competition at the University of Minho in Braga, Portugal and a Semifinalist in the 2013 Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition at Boston College Law School in Newton, Massachusetts.

Jacqueline received her B.A. in English from Tufts University where she was a member of the Varsity Sailing Team and wrote for the Tufts Daily. She also studied at the University of Alicante in San Vicente, Spain.
