Christina C. Green

I am a narrative strategist, former prosecutor, and writer who understands systems not just professionally but personally. My path into justice work did not begin in law school. It began in the special education system, where I was underestimated, misread, and told to aim lower. I pushed through not out of ambition but survival. I earned my law degree, prosecuted cases, and facilitated reform. But I have never forgotten how easily I could have ended up on the other side of the courtroom.

Most recently, I served as a Staff Attorney for Technical Assistance at Fair and Just Prosecution, where I worked with prosecutors across the country to rethink entrenched legal practices. I led youth justice initiatives, shaped narrative frameworks for systems reform, and helped organizations speak in ways that reflect the values they claim.

Before that, I served as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, where I prosecuted cases and led internal DEI work including rewriting training manuals and developing equity focused onboarding for new attorneys. I have also authored public facing work, including an op ed on New York parole policy published in Newsday.

But I am more than my resume.

I am a storyteller. A strategist. A survivor of erasure who now builds language to prevent it. I believe narrative is a form of architecture, something that can hold weight, move power, and create new blueprints. Right now I am looking for creative, mission aligned work in narrative strategy, communications, or public interest.
