Robert G. Kester

Attorney Robert G. Kester, Jr., Esq. is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Massachusetts. Attorney Kester graduated from Boston College in 2015 with B.A. in History and Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law School in 2018. Attorney Kester’s practice focuses principally on Real Esate, Estate Planning, Asset Protection, and Elder Law. Attorney Kester also handles consumer bankruptcy matters, focusing on debtor representation in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. While in law school, he worked at Greater Boston Legal Services in the Elder, Health and Disability Unit, where he worked with indigent and at-risk senior citizens. In addition, he interned with Judge Vhay of the Massachusetts Land Court. Attorney Kester is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Boston Bar Association. Attorney Kester regularly volunteers to represent debtors in bankruptcy cases through the Massachusetts Debt Relief Foundation.
