Brian Mitchell Mekdsy

I own and operate an online Massachusetts law practice ().

My practice focuses primarily on protecting young families by designing customized estate planning options to fit their budget. I also provide legal services to small businesses and non-profit organizations, including choice of entity consultation, incorporation, creation of LLCs, completion of 501(c)(3) applications, and the drafting of Bylaws, Operating and Partnership Agreements.

In addition, I perform unbundled legal services for clients (also called Limited Assistance Representation), ranging from document review, to general legal research, to assisting pro se litigants in the preparation of pleadings, motions, or other documents to be signed and filed in court by the client.

Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as an IT professional at various corporations, providing technology-related services for retail, insurance, and banking systems. My strong interest in the American legal system, issue advocacy, research and writing led me to make the transition from the IT field to the legal field. The strong analytical skills and proven ability to problem solve, which were the foundation for my success in the IT field, are the same strengths that I bring to the practice of law.

I am a member of the Massachusetts and Worcester County Bar Associations, as well as the American Bar Association.
