Heather Lynn Dumont

In September of this year Heather Dumont prepared a Family Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, HIPAA Release, and Nomination of Guardian and Conservator Papers. She also filled out our Declaration of Homestead Papers. In our case I would consider these legal papers moderately difficult ...as we own property in several states, yet she handled them with ease. The work was made more difficult by the fact that we didn't seem to know what we really wanted, having recieved all kinds of advice from well meaning but uninformed friends. Ms. Dumont patiently presented the different options clearly to us, usually in writing, and then helped us come to our decisions. If she didn't no the answer to one of our questions she didn't try to bluff it. She did the necessary research and then got back to us with an informed answer. In the end we got all results we were looking for.
