Darry E. Holt

Having a case from almost 2 years ago and being appointed 3 attorneys before Att. Holt I was extremely frustrated with the system. With Darry's advice and continuing to do the right thing my case was finally dismissed. I was put on probation in 2016 for multiple cases due to my drug addiction and I was struggling really bad trying to get back into recovery and not go to jail again. I was finally able to get into a program at spectrum. I had warrants for missing drug tests and spectrum took me to court to help rem...ove warrants so I may go to further treatment. When I was brought to court that day,Darry was appointed to me and not only did I have probation Warrants I was arraigned on another case. Darry fought hard for me to stay in treatment and the courts allowed me to stay. I stayed in treatment for almost 5 months then was granted to a sober home. I had pending cases and probation during this whole process and if it wasn’t for Darry I would of never been able to stay in treatment to begin my recovery. Today I am almost 2 years sober and out of the penal system one year. Thank you Darry for believing in me. Wouldn’t be where I am today without the opportunity and believe you had in me.

About a year or two ago I was arrested for reckless driving I had one attorney who wanted me to plead guilty immediately I want a wall and was re-arrested for the warrant of default and then was issued Mr. Holt as my attorney he reviewed the paperwork the prosecution had given him and noticed that t...hey wanted a restitution on top of other things they were asking given Mr. Holts prior experience he search through my insurance company paperwork and noticed the woman was already paid through my insurance and had signed a contract protecting myself against further legal action which she was at this time trying to do But Mr. Hoult was able to catch the contract she signed saving me thousands he went above and beyond any public defender I had ever had represent me
