Representation of development stage clients in greentech, alternative energy, IT, e-commerce, life sciences, materials, game tech, consumer products and other segments and technologies. Practice focuses on transactional, securities and general business matters for both public and private companies, including joint ventures, partnerships and strategic alliances; M&A; R&D agreements, licensing, and VC and angel financing.

Stephen represents emerging companies in venture capital investment transactions, and in "angel" financings. He is also an active member of Boston Harbor Angels, one of New England's most active angel investment groups, and serves on its IT, Life Sciences and General Screening Committees.
