Stefano has extensive experience representing individuals, start-ups, small- and mid-sized businesses, non-profits, partnerships, and multinational corporations across a wide range of industries. Stefano assists his clients with various legal matters including business law, estate planning, real estate and international law.
Stefano uses his business acumen and legal knowledge to aid companies and their owners with day-to-day operations, as well as complex corporate transactions. Prior to founding Caprara Law, Stefano practiced with the international corporate law firm of Bennett Jones, LLP in Alberta, Canada, and the highly respected full service law firm of McLane, Graf, Raulerson and Middleton, P.A. in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Stefano is also an avid swimmer. Prior to trading his swimsuit for a business suit, he served as Captain of Cornell University’s varsity swimming and diving team and competed as an Olympic Trials finalist.
