Biography
My special education law practice is informed both by my experience as a corporate litigator and by my personal journey with a child through the complexities of the special education process. I know the joys and pain of witnessing the successes and struggles of a child who is doing their best every day but can't seem to reach their goals. I also understand that busy parents can find the special education process and regulations bewildering.
I have successfully advocated for students and parents to identify appropriate services and placements; to attain individualized post-high school transition assessment and programming, and to promote a student's right to inclusion in the general education setting.
