Francisco came recommended to us by our realtor. We are not first time homebuyers but were first time sellers. Our home sale and downsize to a condo was done with two different attorneys. Reason for this was the condo was part of a new build and the developer had a very specific way they needed ev...erything done and processed (quite tedious and annoying really). Due to this fragmented process there were a lot of questions. Not only did Francisco help us navigate our home sale and our buyer's lawyer he also gave us advise on questions we bounced off him regarding the purchase of our condo. He was not only easy to talk to but he was patient and kind as well with how he communicated and responded. In regards to his legal team - Francisco's team not only got back to us promptly, they also got us timeframes and "to-do" lists to keep us on track. They scheduled what we needed and got us things that we would not have know we needed proactively and we extremely helpful and collaborative all the way to close. In the past we have had legal experiences were details such a liens, betterments or back taxes had not be caught prior to closing and bit us in the butt for years after. Having been burnt in the past we were not only anxious but also weary going into this complicated move and exchange with multiple legal teams on both sides of the move.
