We bought a short sale and had to deal with some shifty lawyers on the other side of the table. Tony was our lawyer and he went an extra ten-thousand miles above and beyond his job description to make sure we got the house of our dreams. Even though he was working for a low flat-fee, he took on the r...esponsibilities of the seller's lawyer after the seller's lawyer had given up dealing with the bank's lawyers. When the bank's lawyers jerked him around, put us off, and performed unethical misconduct, Tony worked even harder and put in many extra hours of work because he wanted us to get the home we loved. We absolutely would never have gotten this house without him. On the purchase of our previous condo, we used an inferior lawyer (not Tony), so we didn't find out about a title problem. When we finally went to sell the condo, Tony found it with plenty of time to spare and resolved it for us so we could sell the condo without a hitch.
