Yes it is extended until the end of 2020 and possibly longer.
Do we need to resubmit the same package after correcting the form or it has to be new print outs for form and evidences

He may enter on the student visa and you may marry and adjust status (post 90 days entry) thereafter but his intention upon entry cannot be to do so.
