You will need the court order to establish the legal name change.
What proofs do we attach in i-864 form? Even though I was eligible for i-864EZ ,NVC rejected it saying that I am not eligible.

You must request the location at filing of the DS260 and it is difficult to determine which location is best.

You cannot change the DS160 after submission but can notify the officer of the change at interview.
I just submitted my ds260 form and forgot to add my husbands middle name which is on his passport and birth certifcate?
