Unfortunately you cannot expedite the process for the children of LPRs.
Do I have to submit I765 fee separately when filing the application with I485? They rejected it saying insufficient fee.

No if you are filing the I765 concurrently with the I485, there should be no separate filing fee.

I agree with my colleague - failure to update your address does not disqualify you from applying for citizenship if you are otherwise eligible.
