I had a tricky case, and Attorney Alpert was calm and supportive in navigating through some issues. He's a terrific communicator on the phone, in emails, and at the hearing. This is way overdue. I apologize to Charles Alpert for not getting this done. On September 13, 2009, My husband, stepson and I were driving along 290 and enjoying the beautiful day. Without warning, we were thrown into the worse day of our lives. We were involved, through no fault of our own in ...a motor vehicle accident. My husband suffered life changing injuries that left him handicapped and although he survived originally, he passed away 22 months after the accident. My stepson, received minor injuries and I broke my neck and endured a head injury. Within weeks of the accident, my car insurance agent stopped by to help me with paperwork on my claim. During our visit, he explained the process of what was going to happen. I'm glad, I did not listen to him and contacted Mr. Alpert. Mr. Alpert, made a house call to me and sat and talked as if we had been friends for years. He explained the whole process of what was going to happen if I filed a lawsuit against the other two drivers. He was patient and positive throughout the years. Yes years, it took several, and unfortunately my husband passed away before the final decision. My life on September 13, 2009, changed forever. Charles Alpert, made sure the people that caused that change were held responsible. Mr. Alpert never gave up, and throughout the years had faith that the two other drivers would be held responsible for their actions. Thank You, Mr. Alpert!
