Up to life but not less than 20 years but that amount does not have to be served, it can be probation.

You can file a private complaint if the police don't respond. I would take photos and bring to police dept with you. Or hire an investigator to...

It is almost impossible to erase or expunge a restraining order from public record. You have have a judge terminate it if it still is open.
