Phenomenal Probate Lawyer

I have used Attorney Twombly Lee multiple times to enforce my grandparent rights. Each time he got me exactly what I asked for. He explained everything to me so I understood exactly what would happen. He is more than reasonably priced and truly fights for his clients! I highly recommend him to anyone... who needs a probate lawyer

Child custody

I came to Mark with a challenging and contentious child custody case. He handled both sides with professionalism using his years of experience to facilitate an end, which was fair and honest to both sides. His expertise showed from day one in and outside of the courtroom. I would highly recommend ...him for any child custody case

Spread too thin

He seemed to have too many cases going on at the same time. When in court there were numerous times he was in another court room when our case was called. He never seemed to fully understand what was going on with my case and dropped the ball many times.

While I will not deny that Pre-Pandemic, when in person hearings were occurring without any regulation in court, that I could have multiple cases going on at the same time for multiple clients, however, I am prepared for every case I appear in court on. I question who is posting this review as it was posted on February 23, 2022 and COVID policies regarding the staggering of in person cases has been in effect for two years. For the last two years it is impossible for me to have had "numerous times" with any client where I had multiple "in person" cases in the courthouse where I could have been in another court room - and I have no idea who is posting this as I don't currently have any client's where I have "dropped the ball" on them many times and remained their lawyer. If the author of this review is a current client, I encourage them to reach out to me directly so that if anything needs to be corrected with their case and it can addressed promptly.

Amazing attorney

I turned to Mark when my child's mother attempted to conduct an "in state removal", in an attempt to severely alter my parenting time and harm our relationship. Despite the other sides attorney making false, disgusting claims and operating in a manner unbefitting of her title, Mark remained incredibl...y professional and never wavered. I relied on his extensive knowledge of the situation and trusted him the entire way through. Mark's efforts at trial were incredible and these actions led to the attempted move to not be allowed. I was then granted primary physical custody of my child. If not for Mark's efforts and expertise during this time, I would not feel like the parent I do today, as I had been fighting for years just to be one. I highly recommend Mark for any custody issues, as I would not be where I am today without him!

He is very good and knows his stuff. I hired him based on random google search and I felt so lucky i ended with him. He represented me in child support case, and even though i had representation before, he was quick to catch on whole background.
