Dependable lawyer and considered now a friend too

In the law enforcement profession, we hope to never have to need an attorney, but one night at 11pm when I arrived at work, I found an envelope in my mailbox indicating that my agency was investigating me. The first phone call I made was to the Legal Defense Fund, and as luck would have it, Attorney... Gambaccini was the lawyer handling the emergency calls to the law firm at that time. From that night on, Attorney Gambaccini was extremely helpful in offering a different perspective on the situation I was being investigated for. I believe that with his input and guidance at each step of the way, he helped me navigate through waters that proved to be extremely challenging at the time. It turned out that the first investigation that Attorney Gambaccini helped navigate me through was just the beginning. Over the course of the next few months, I would come to depend upon Attorney Gambaccini's feedback and knowledge many, many more times. Through the numerous (and I mean numerous) phone calls that the two of us had, Attorney Gambaccini listened like a friend and offered help as I needed an attorney to do. A year has passed since having to utilize Attorney Gambaccini's expertise, and since successfully helping me with with my ordeal, I can say that I still keep in contact with Andy. I wouldn't hesitate in reaching out to him in his official capacity should I ever need legal assistance again in the future, but am happy that I get to keep in touch with him as a friend at this stage in my career.

Civil Service Employment Appeal

I was first introduced to Andy through the MPA's legal defense fund. I needed the assistance of an attorney with a civil service employment issue. Andy and his associates at Reardon, Joyce and Akerson worked tirelessly towards my case. Andy kept me up to date with constant communication. His know...ledge of the law, particularly of the civil service process, was impressive. Even though I was just one of his many clients, I felt a level of personalization between he and I that made the whole ordeal more manageable. I would strongly encourage anyone questioning whether or not they should sign up for the legal defense to do so. You never know what life will throw at you next and having the legal defense fund makes that uncertainty more manageable. I would have never guessed that one day I would have needed the assistance of the legal defense, but I am glad I singed up for it. I would highly recommend Andrew Gambaccini and his colleagues at RJA for any of your legal needs. I know they will treat you will the same respect and dedication that they gave me.

MPA Legag Defense

I found Attorney Andrew Gambaccini to be a skilled labor lawyer knowledgeable in Massachusetts municipal police operations. He protected my rights during an investigation that was launched by me as a second line supervisor and ensured proper protocol was observed during my interview by investigative ...personnel. Mr. Gambaccini made himself available after the initial matter had been resolved to the city's satisfaction to ensure that my personal and professional exposure was protected. He is a gentleman and well-respected member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Mark/Police Officer/MPA Member/Western Mass

I can think of few things worse than getting wrongfully terminated from a job you spent so many years trying to obtain and love so much. I can think of absolutely no one that I would want to represent me than Andrew, at what I view was the worse time of my life. From day one, he was right th...ere, standing side by side with me. I mean literally, he was standing with me. He traveled to Western Mass without hesitation for interviews, hearings, and consultations. He met several times with me at his office for strategy sessions. Over the years, I have heard people complain about their attorneys and the biggest complaint is communication. That is one of the things that stand out the most about Andrew. Without hesitation, Andrew is all about communication. Andrew always got back to me in a timely fashion. He would always call me back or send or answer an email. Andrew always let me review documents before they were submitted. He was very proactive in letting me assist in strategy sessions and really listened to what I had to say and what my opinions were. I cannot say how good it makes you feel when you get promptly a correspondence from your attorney after you sent it. Sometimes the emails would come at midnight or on a weekend. What that did was make me feel like Andrew was working for me personally all the time. That is a great feeling to have. It is a long, drawn out process to get your job back. During this time, thousands of scenarios and questions are constantly whirling around in your head. Andrew always took the time to answer my hundreds of questions, explain legal matters and process to me, and always did so in a friendly manner even though I knew sometimes I was being a real pain. Besides communication skills, the next thing about Andrew that impressed me was his knowledge of labor law. Andrew has an impressive ability to think on his feet and meet every twist and turn without skipping a beat. At one of my hearings, the Town Attorney handed Andrew all the paperwork that would be used against me in my termination and the witnesses the Town was calling, literally five minutes before the hearing. In those five minutes, Andrew reviewed the documents and then proceeded to soundly trounce the Town’s Attorney. At my arbitration hearing, Andrew again was faced with unexpected complications and soundly beat the Town’s Attorney. I have testified in court numerous times, I have never observed a lawyer maneuver as fluidly as I have observed Andrew do so many times now. After the birth of my daughter, the next best day was when Andrew called to inform me that we had triumphed in the Arbitration hearing. I can’t even put into words how happy I was and how glad I was that I had Andrew on my side. I have tried to think of so many ways to thank him for being there, for listening to me, for explaining things to me, for his patience with me, and for getting my job back. There is no way to thank him properly for all those things, perhaps than to say, he is the best and I appreciate everything he has done for me from the bottom of my heart. Without any reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Gambaccini for any legal issues that someone might experience. If you are a member of the MPA, you can feel safe knowing that you are well represented by one of the best firms you can get in Massachusetts.

Legal Representation

I have been represented and advised by Attorney Gambaccini since 2005 on various situations and causes of action. Including an administrative action, two federal civil rights lawsuits and a state civil rights lawsuit. With his representation I have prevailed in each instance. During the preceding he... continuously kept me up to date on all aspects of the cases. Some of the cases received a significant amount of publicity which required a 24/7 presence and the ability to respond to rapidly developing reporting. In each and every case he responded timely, professionally and effectively. I have reviewed numerous filings and briefs that were filed by him on my behalf. I have found him to be extremely well prepared, knowledgeable and highly intelligent. As a result of my profession I have twenty-five years experience of working closely with attorneys on a weekly basis and in many cases a daily basis. Attorney Gambaccini is by far the most exceptional attorney I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Attorney Gambaccini to anyone who is in need of legal representation. I have in fact recommended him to my closest friends.
