Communication throughout my case was poor. I frequently felt uninformed about important developments and often had to wait for updates instead of receiving them proactively. I did not feel adequately prepared for key stages of my case because important information was shared with me at the last minut...e. While I understand that attorneys cannot guarantee outcomes, I expected clearer communication, better preparation, and more guidance throughout the process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
