We had gone through name and corporation changes and somehow the real estate was never transferred when all this was done. I struggled to find someone who would take charge of the situation. Everyone I talked to seemed to be telling me that I should do this or that. I am not well versed in these matt...ers and was uncomfortable in doing anything myself.
