Amanda was my attorney for 2 years representing me in a very difficult high asset divorce. I am a victim of emotional financial and physical abuse Followed her advice , I am now divorced with nothing . No alimony no money from 40 year marriage . Am wondering howIam going to live. Ex husband sold com...pany for a lot of money of which I GOT NOT A PENNY! Hired really horrible unqualified forensic accounts who were suppose to be Certified Divorce Forensic Accounts. Did no do their job . Ex husband embezzled thousands and thousands of dollars. He was not even deposed! not once in 2 years. !!! She was in over her head and would not seek help. I have been told by many divorce Attorneys she did not do her job . 10's of thousands of dollars later my husband has not given me a dime ! Also she QUIT at a most inopportune time because I believe she cannot take constructive criticism, a big flaw. Left me hanging Husbands Attorney crushed us . she needed help was not experienced enough, I begged her to get support. Worse: we were suppose to go to trial , Discovery closed I was not told ! He is a drug addict !!! WTF. BUT I believe she tried and worse feeling I licked her a lot. She is a good person just not good for this case.I have been told by other attorney s " I got screwed" Simple divorce probably awesome

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The only part of the divorce process I will miss are my interactions with Amanda. She balances humility for the challenging and personal circumstances of divorce with reassurance and an excellent understanding of the law. She is able to successfully balan...ce the application of the law with real life families and dynamics. She brings a drive and ability to think outside the normal procedures to achieve the best results for her clients. Amanda has the ability to quickly and accurately asses a situation and adapt in court and an honesty that is difficult to find in representation. I would trust her to represent any of my family or friends.

My divorce was little bit complicated due to a fact that I am not US citizen and immigration implications made this case quite unique. I was impressed that Amanda was aware of many aspect of immigration law and helped me to guide my divorce in accordance with US immigration rules. I was also very hap...py that she was able to negotiate the financial settlement that was better than I expected. This is not an Attorney who handles all cases the same; she actually took a time and looked at my situation from many angles and chose the best strategy. I have to thank Amanda very much and will hire her again if my ex-husband stops paying financial support etc. I can only highly recommend her.

Amanda handled my court modification for custody/support following a failed mediation situation with my ex-wife. Amanda was extremely professional and supportive through a difficult situation. She was diligent and hands-on with my case. I greatly appreciated the fact that she always told me what was ...right, as opposed to what I wanted to hear. She faced many obstacles without budging or ever backing down. Amanda always strived to meet the best interests not only for me, but my children and second wife. In the end, she negotiated a much better deal than what was proposed in mediation.
