David M. Lunny

Used Mr. Lunny to incorporate a nonprofit for a school in the regional school district. He held our hands through the procedure, and his fee was fair. He also handled a personal case between myself and a local car dealership. We were impressed with his professionalism and determination to settle... this case in our favor.

When I spoke to the bar about this attorneys billing practices and what took place during the time he was handeling my case they instructed me to file a complaint and not to pay the balance owed until they investigated. The Bar Association suggested I write to him first to see if he would drop the ch...arges (as a strategy) before filing the complaint but, I don't recall if that was to be included in the letter to Mr. Lunny in fact, I'm fairly certain it was not. After I informed Mr. Lunny that I would not be paying my outstanding balance until the case was reviewed I never heard from him again. This was after I had already paid him over $2000 which I plan to try to recover.
