Besides the family petitions for green cards and citizenships, we are also involved in cases where a person may be deported due to either an alleged criminal charge or a criminal conviction. I am glad that I had a chance to help to clear, or at least to alleviate some serious situations and to ultimately resolve them, at minimum, with a release from the immigration services detainment.

This is the primary area of the legal work I do and where I have an opportunity to contribute my legal expertise as well as to advocate for my clients’ benefit. It is not as much as what they were alleged to have done as it must be proven beyond reasonable doubt that they are guilty of the charges lodged against them. One of my tasks is to explain the difference between the two to my client as well as to the ultimate fact finder, a judge or jury.

Some say that an amicable divorce is a contradiction in terms. However, in our law office we strive to prove the opposite.
