Lori A. Granat is a 1993 graduate of Clark University with a Bachelors Degree in English. She continued post-graduate studies in English literature at Trinity College at Oxford University, Oxford, England. After having worked in the insurance industry for a number of years, she chose to return to law school and graduated from Western New England University School of Law in 2001. While in law school, Lori was a member of the Negotiation Moot Court team that won a national award in settlement negotiation. After graduation, she worked at small law firms, before establishing Buzzell & Granat in 2006 with Christine Buzzell. Her areas of practice include divorce mediation, family law, the probate of estates and small estate planning. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Worcester County Bar Association.
Attorney Granat’s focus is to provide individualized service to each client, recognizing that each client has specific needs. It is very important to her that she forge a personal and professional relationship with clients so she can best understand how to help them as quickly and effectively as possible.
