Attorney Thomas Jaffarian has extensive experience in practicing family law in Massachusetts, and has represented clients in divorce cases, child support, alimony, asset division, and child custody. He has also handled post-divorce cases which deal with matters such as removal, visitation and modification.
Apart from family law, we can also assist you regarding any estate planning issue you might be facing and can assist you with preparing wills and deeds, as well as help you to protect your assets for future generations.

Stereotypical Attorney
I won't give this clown any stars. This is a smooth talking,over priced clown,that talks out his back side. This system does not care about your children,or family. It's a race to see who can bleed you dry first. Save your money, and represent yourself. Thomas will tell you he knows the guideline...

Replied last December 21, 2022Divorce is an emotional undertaking and while most people are equipped with the maturity and the emotional intelligence to control their anger, listen to the advice being offered, and act rationally and respectfully; not everyone is. Steven was such a client who allowed his anger to get in the way. I was his third attorney, and I knew he would be difficult to please. He would bad mouth his two prior attorneys and often took no ownership for his actions. Against my advice, he chose to roll the dice and go to trial, which allowed a judge to determine his fate instead of accepting what would have been a far better outcome. During trial he was admonished 4 times by the judge who threaten to hold him in contempt for his disrespectful behavior during testimony. At one point, 5 court officers descended upon the courtroom to control his overt displays of anger. So, when reading a review, always be mindful of the source. This review does not accurately reflect the expertise and attentive service I strive to provide each client.

NOT Knowledgeable
Shows up in court unprepared.......Not aggresive.....Does not reseach anything,leaves that up to you. Needs alot more practice before taking on clients!

Will not produce positive results
I used this attorney as a referral and completely disappointed. Not knowing what to expect from an Attorney, he took complete advantage with over billing hours and not being knowledgeable with how to settle out of court.
