As a principal attorney at the Harbor Law Group, I represent clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, business torts, and breaches of contract. I have handled numerous trademark oppositions and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. I am well versed in alternate dispute resolution proceedings.
I graduated in the top 5% of my class at Baylor Law School and served as a law clerk to the Honorable David C. Godbey, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas (2002-2003).
I have a degree in chemical engineering from Columbia University and worked as a process and project engineer at a prominent chemical and gas company prior to entering law school.

"I endorse this lawyer. First as a peer in the legal profession, and now a friend as well, Catherine has proved to me to have integrity, analytical strengths, passion and zeal in her practice and in particular competence, ethics and respect for the legal profession. Once one becomes acquainted with Catherine in either a personal or professional setting it does not take long to see that her character, determination and principles are exemplary and an integral part of her approach to life as an attorney, friend, wife, and mother. I strongly endorse Catherine for the AVVO program. Respectfully submitted, Lisa A. Kane, Esq"
