Biography
As a principal attorney at the Harbor Law Group, I represent clients in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, business torts, and breaches of contract. I have handled numerous trademark oppositions and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. I am well versed in alternate dispute resolution proceedings.
I graduated in the top 5% of my class at Baylor Law School and served as a law clerk to the Honorable David C. Godbey, United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas (2002-2003).
I have a degree in chemical engineering from Columbia University and worked as a process and project engineer at a prominent chemical and gas company prior to entering law school.
