Jeneen M. Moran

Jeneen is the best. First worked with her around 2010. This was probably the most difficult case you could imagine. A family home was left in disrepair for about a decade and the town was going to take it on taxes. With her help, we were able to send the deed to six family members in 5 states so they... would sign it over to me if I paid the taxes and repaired the home. This painstaking process seemed effortless for her. Granted, something like this takes months to complete, but there was not even a hiccup and I was happily in my new home. Then, just this year, I decided to refinance my home before interest rates started to raise and guess who I wanted to handle it. Once again, as expected, Jeneen took care of everything and within a month we closed without a problem. On top of her outstanding service, Jeneen is also a genuinely nice person. Every now and again I will call her about properties I have interest in and by the next day she will have all the information I requested plus more. Can't say enough about her.
