Michael D. Gorman

I was a student of Atty. Gorman's in Elder Law and Estate Planning. The class was not only informative, but impressed upon me the seriousness of taking care of our personal wishes when I was completely healthy. After putting off updating my will for some 20 years, I asked him if he would draw up a ...will, Power of Attorney, and health-related documents. He responded within a day (unlike a previous contact who took 2 weeks, who was waiting for me to tell him to proceed!). Atty. Gorman had all 5 documents completed within 3 days. Then i asked him to review my husband's will for Mass. Law, and he responded with another set of documents within the week! What a great experience to learn from him as a teacher, and attorney!

Michael Gorman was first my lawyer in 2005 when I purchased my first house. The house was a two family and came with some problem tenants. In June of 2006 Michael helped me with the drawn-out process of evicting those tenants.
