We highly recommend Attorney Michael Gorman of Holden, MA. He caught several snags before the closing on our house. One of the owner's of the property lived overseas and Michael anticipated a possible delay of closing due to international paperwork confirmation. As a result, we closed only one day la...te. Mike recommended with ask our mortgage company to defer our first payment. In the end, our closing only took one hour, it was one day late which we were ready for, and our first mortgage payment was not due until 59 days later. Thanks Michael.
