Robin B. Rose-Buxton

My simple motion for weekend parenting time dragged on for almost 4 years. I had 1 attorney who quit after I questioned whether he would still charge me when he had been proven wrong, and 1 who phoned it in during covid. I was prepared to represent myself, since it was clear I couldn't pay anyone to ...care as much as I did about my kids, but my sister persuaded me that I needed representation, so I gave it one more shot and hired Robin. Robin distilled every issue I had down to the arguable legal facts, and was upfront with me about whatever wouldn't hold up in court. She picked up her phone every time I called. We had many arguments about what I wanted versus what she thought I could get, but these debates only strengthened her arguments to opposing counsel. I was very appreciative that she not only listened, but heard me. Even when she did not agree with me, she was prepared to argue my case. Ultimately the outcome we had was a pretty close match to what I asked for. I am an exacting and thorough client, and I will be the first to tell you I am not an easy person to work for. Robin rolled with the punches, which I think is probably her greatest strength, is to hit the ground running, prepared to face whatever the situation is that day. She ended this long legal nightmare for me. I told her I needed a "closer," and she came through for me. The legal process is long and arduous, and she is not a magician, but if you can brace for the long haul and don't expect miracles, she will get the job done. The third time was the charm for me. My experience with having had several attorneys, and ultimately recommending only this one, hopefully speaks for itself.

I am very thankful to Robin for championing my case. Her dedication and zeal for her clients is amazing and absolutely praiseworthy. Although I randomly chose her by her having locations both near my home and office, I truly chose a diamond of a lawyer, and would not choose another. Again, I am very ...happy with her service for my family!

I did not necessarily like how Robin spoke to me, but I didn't need a friend...I needed a strong lawyer. That is what Robin Rose Buxton is...an A+ lawyer who got me the result that I needed with the court. My spouse tried to run me over, but Robin ran a better race (and the judge saw it that way, too...!)

She was never prepared for court always had to refresh her memory. Always trying to make deals with opposing lawyer not in your best interest or your child's. Was more emotionally involved with the content of the matter and when it was time to present the case in court she would always strike out for... lack of knowledge for what needed to be stated. She would never follow though to get was asked of her. She always was acting like a defendant never the plaintiff. I would never recommended her to anyone. My biggest regret is not getting a new lawyer sooner.
