In 2014, Ms. Wood represented us on the sale of our condominium. She provided excellent advice, recommendations, and consultation throughout the entire real estate transaction process. Our specific situation was not routine. We were selling our condo by for sale by owner, and our condo involved an af...fordable deed rider overseen by CHAPA. She was very knowledgeable in both areas and helped us successfully navigate through all issues as there were more parties involved than usual. She reviewed offer sheets, the P&S, consulted with the buyer's agent, and prepared the deed. She corrected all errors and made all the appropriate changes that kept our interests at heart. She was very flexible in the types of communication. We mostly communicated via phone and email which worked well for us. She was always available throughout the process. On the day of the closing, there were incorrect calculations on the HUD from the buyer's attorney. She was very proactive and got the corrections made early to allow the closing to remain on schedule. I would highly recommend Ms Wood for all real estate transaction representation. My family is going to hire Ms Wood to help with estate planning in the near future.
