My primary area of practice is family law. I focus my practice in ALL areas of family law but adoption. I have handled all types of divorce cases and issues dealing with and including custody, child support, visitation, alimony, abusive spouses, etc

I have represented both landlords and tenants in all areas of the housing courts from mediation and up through trial. I also draft and review forms for both residential and commercial real estate landlords and tenants. I represent property management companies (landlords) as well and I am open to represent landlords throughout Massachusetts.

I practice in personal injury law dealing with all issues from automobile accidents, Truck accidents, boating accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slips and falls, premises liability and workers compensation law. I am available to meet any injured person day or night, early morning or late evening and will drive to where you are in order to meet you and discuss your rights.

I handle a large variety of criminal cases. Many of them driving under the influence of alcohol, public intoxication, assault and battery, larceny, robbery, violation of restraining orders, shoplifting just to name a few. I have very reasonable fees and have handled criminal cases in all stages up and through trial. I believe in fighting for my clients 101% in all cases. I have very reasonable fees.
