Two Closings--Both Excellent

David Rocheford and his staff worked on two closings for me--one as a buyer and one as a seller--and both went incredibly smoothly. They are professional, knowledgeable, and really do offer the best closings.

Real Estate Closing

We worked with Attorney Rocheford and his staff of paralegals on the closing of our new home. As first time home buyers it was a very intimidating experience but Attorney Rocheford and his team made it very simple and easy. Excellent, Concientious and Professional Service

We contacted and hired the firm or David Rocheford upon recommendation of our Real Estate Agent. Within a very reasonable timeframe, I received a call from Atty Rocheford. We discussed the need for legal services concerning a real estate sale of and closing of a property in Leominster. This sale was... a little more involved than usual as there were Probate and Power of Attorney documents that either needed to be drafted or reviewed. A fee was discussed and agreed upon and they took it from there. Throughout the process...all necessary communications were timely and provided with clarity. The closing went very and we preferred and did not have to be present. In conclusion, in light of what I thought was a very reasonable fee for the legal services we received, I would highly recommend this law firm for any type of legal work that is within their field of expertise. We were very satisfied with this choice and we are appreciative that our Real Estate Agent put us in contact with this competent law firm.
