I wish I can give more stars than five. This woman is absolutely amazing at what she does. She was able to be quite understanding and was able to settle a situation that I didn’t think was gonna be able to be settled. A can appreciate the different ways she approaches things with an open mind. If any...one needs to have a lawyer she’s the one to go to.

Lisa Kent is simply the most competent divorce attorney in Greenfield Massachusetts. She is first and foremost a professional. My divorce was complicated because it not only involved division of property, but also child custody. Attorney Kent was always organized, timely and constantly pushing my... divorce forward. Our final settlement was fair for both parties. It still stung because it was divorce . . . and that “sucks” . . . Ultimately I am so glad I selected Lisa Kent as my attorney. She represented my best interest throughout the entire process.

Ms. Kent was lost when it came to finding her evidence. She had important evidence excluded from the trial by improperly delivering it to the defendants attorney in a timely manner. My preps for trial were done at the last minute for both segments of the trial, thus I was poorly ready to testify. Def...endants atty informed her that she was done trying to negotiate a settlement but Ms. Kent continued to send her settlement offers rather than taking the time to prepare for trial. A case that had a large quantity of proof of fiscal misconduct on the part of my ex, which should have been a slam dunk, she ignored and in the end, the judgement was that I was the one who had the problem. She also had papers turned in at the last minute without me being able to review before hand which were not correct. They were signed by her as my atty. This is not sour grapes because I lost, this is about the experience that I had with her as my atty and would not recommend her.
