Biography
Brad is a Berkeley Law (JD) and Harvard Law (LLM) trained business-savvy technology and licensing transactions attorney with several years of general counsel experience, focused on the unique needs of innovation-centric companies working in digital media, technology, and interactive entertainment. With 20 years of background as both external and in-house counsel, working in San Francisco, Boston, and New York City, Brad has represented a range of technology and media organizations from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Brad is also a trained mediator and have served as a volunteer court and community mediator.
Brad has served as an executive level attorney (SVP, VP, General Counsel) at such companies as MTV Networks, IAC Applications, , PlayFirst, and Take-Two Interactive.
Opening his own law practice in the bucolic and reasonably priced Berkshires of Western MA, affords Brad the opportunity to apply my experience representing exciting companies in a cost effective manner that would be difficult if not impossible if he were still in San Francisco, New York, or Boston.
