Since mid-2014, Attorney Pumphrey has achieved four consecutive successes in the Supreme Judicial Court. In addition, she has obtained two recent reversals in the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
The appellate cases which Attorney Pumphrey has handled span such diverse areas of law as murder, white collar crime, narcotics trafficking, municipal law, business litigation, personal injury, property disputes, alimony and child support. Attorney Pumphrey has handled a number of high profile cases, which have been the subject of extensive television and print media attention, including Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, The Boston Globe and Herald, ABC News, The True Hollywood Story, America’s Most Wanted, and many others.
Attorney Pumphrey teaches continuing legal education seminars often, both for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and for the Massachusetts Bar Association, as well as several years as an adjunct professor at Western New England College School of Law. She serves as a mentor to new Committee for Public Counsel appellate attorneys.
