I was introduced to Joe when he became my court appointed lawyer. Unfortunately, this was not my first time involved in a a court case, which made it very clear for me to see that Mr. Zlatnik is very different from other court appointed lawyers. Right away, Joe made me feel like a person, not just ...another docket number, and it was very clear that he was a dedicated and determined attorney. He was genuinely interested in helping me win my case and clear my name of the charges I faced. He even went out of his way to accommodate to my schedule, driving from Pittsfield to Williamstown to meet with me on a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable of the law, and did a superb job of explaining the way the trial would work and answered all of my questions without falter. I felt very confident going into the trial with Mr.Zlatnik sitting beside me. The jury came back with a not guilty verdict and all credit is owed to Joe for his meticulous professionalism as an attorney. I would and will recommend Mr. Zlatnik to anyone who needs legal counsel. Joseph Zlatnic is hands down the best defense lawyer in the Berkshires. He completely save me and made what felt like a hopeless horrible situation into nothing to stress out About.
