Joe took the time and made the effort to get to know me as an individual. He believed in me and knew that I was far better than the choices I was making that had gotten me into trouble. I felt confident that I had someone who truly was standing up for me and my rights. I had a few serious charges against me and while my case was open i picked up a couple more charges in another case. Joe came to the rescue and volunteered to represent me in that case as well. Joe was ambitious and more than eager to go to trial to fight for me. He was respectful of my feelings and thoughts about going to trial. Though i had a strong case i decided to make a plea. In the end i had some charges dropped and the others were continued without a finding. I had to pay some fines and received a period of probation. Joe was my lawyer for over a year and was there for me right until my last day in court. He sincerely wanted to take the case to trial but fully supported my decision not to. It has now been about a year and half and my fines have been paid and my probation period is over. Joe’s respect and confidence in me was very instrumental in getting my life back on track.
