Danielle Fortier Wehrli

Attorney Wehrli understands that sometimes what you need in an attorney is someone who will not only listen to you, but someone who will make you feel heard and take you step by step to navigate you through the legal field and, more importantly, your case. Whether it be through a divorce proceeding or a custody issue, Attorney Wehrli’s work and litigation experience has provided her with an understanding of the court system which allows her to negotiate and argue on your behalf.

Attorney Wehrli was born and raised in Western, Massachusetts. After living in both Washington, D.C. and Boston, Massachusetts, Attorney Wehrli is happy to be living and raising her family back in the Western Massachusetts community. Attorney Wehrli graduated from Hamilton College in 2010 where she earned a B.A. in Economics. She received her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in May of 2016 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in November 2016. Attorney Wehrli is also admitted to the United States District Court of Massachusetts and a member of the Hampden County Bar Association.

Prior to joining the Law Office of Alison Silber, Attorney Wehrli worked in a Boston area law firm focusing primarily on business, construction, and insurance law. Her prior legal work has given her great experience in all aspects of litigation, including research, legal writing, negotiation and mediation. Attorney Wehrli strives to use these skills to advocate for you to help you through your family law matters.
