Christopher K. Mahoney

I represent clients in both district and juvenile courts in the western counties of Massachusetts.

I handle all areas of family law, including but not limited to divorces, separate support actions, child support, and guardianships. I also mediate cases, and practice collaborative law in the family court. I am qualified to be a guardian ad litem in custody cases.

I can do simple estate plans (wills, health care proxies, and powers of attorney)
