Edward B. Fogarty

Attorney Edward Fogarty has appeared before every level of court in the Commonwealth on crimes ranging from operating under the influence to homicide.  

Attorney Fogarty worked for approximately 8 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Hampden County, Springfield, Massachusetts.  In this position he prosecuted dozens of major felonies, appeared before the state's appellate courts and was responsible for many of the office's "white collar" crime prosecutions.

For approximately another 8-10 years Attorney Fogarty worked for some of the area's largest and most prestigious private law firms, in their litigation departments, representing some of the area's largest financial institutions in cases involving large sums of money.  His work at this time also involved large tort lawsuits and medical malpractice claims.

Most recently Attorney Fogarty has established his own firm, FogartyLegalServices, where he continues his practice of Trials and Appeals in all criminal and civil areas.
