Prior to going into private practice, I worked for the Massachusetts Medicaid agency( MassHealth). At present, I handle all aspects of Elder Law, Estate Planning, Administrative Law( Appeals) and Litigation when someone has been denied Medicaid benefits. Elder Law includes work on Probate matters, Guardianships and advanced planning to protect your hard earned assets..
My Veterans Administration legal practice is limited to taking cases to the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in Washington, DC. These court appeals are when a veteran has been denied at all the appeals within the Veterans Administration.

Unprofessional Behavior
Attorney Gordon came to see us in June. We were interested in some basic docs (wills, power of atty.,estate, etc.). I thought the meeting went well.
