Biography
I am familiar with real estate regulations and customs in Western Mass, Central Mass, and Northern Connecticut. I am licensed and practice in both states. I have found a niche in helping poeple who are buying in Mass or Conn and selling in the other. I handle residential and commercial, refinances, purchases and sales. I also perform title examinations in both states.
Along with real estate comes experience in setting up corporate entities, simple estate planning, contracts, and landlord tenant law. Divroce mediation is another area of my praoctice.
Born in Central Massachusetts. Law School at Western New England School of Law in Springfield MA. Resident of Western Mass Northern CT. I was admitted to the MA Bar in 2004 and CT Bar in 2005.
