Last year I needed a lawyer to help me with a problem in my divorce agreement. My spouse was to provide medical insurance for me but years later my bills were retracted because of post divorce rules on her policy. I hired Vincent because he assured me he could help by sending certified letters of l...egal representation to the medical offices in question and he would deal with them himself. Long story short after I sent him a retainer he did nothing. He didnt make contact with anyone or do anything. After four months or so I asked him by phone if he was indeed going to do anything but he changed his idea on how to handle my situation by basically saying no not right now. Had I known that he wasnt going to do anything I would never have sent him a retainer .After almost a year of stringing me along I discharged him and it took close to a month for him to return the balance of my retainer. He charged me three hundred dollars to mail me back my divorce decree that I had left with him. I suppose im most disappointed with the fact that when your back is against the wall and you need legal help you have to find an attorney you can trust.

Mr Vincent was zero help to me in my case for custody of my daughter. He is very laid back and non agressive at all. He agreed to a motion the other parties lawyer wanted which ended up hurting my case. Orders were issued by the court, ignored by my ex, and Mr Vincent could never be bothered to do ...anything about it except say that we will deal with it when in court again. After spending close to ten thousand dollars on him and giving him almost a full year I still have not had visitation return to normal with my daughter. I wish he was more agressive as all of this is very damaging to my daughter. If it was his child in this situation maybe he could actually be bothered to do something.

When my ex didn't pay the mortgage or car payments as Court Ordered, Atty. Vincent refused to file Contempts against him. When repeatedly asked to do so, he had many excuses. My house was almost foreclosed on (saved by a forced sale by two weeks) and the car was repossessed. Atty. Vincent did not ...file the proper papers for evidence and witnesses for a trial in my divorce and as such left me without a defense. I could go on. When I realized he had no intention of doing his job, I fired him but it was too late the damage was done. I still suffer from the repercussions of the neglect by Atty Vincent in my case to this day. My children lost their home and I lost everything. Do NOT trust this man!
