I hired Attorney Law as counsel in a high-conflict divorce suit. Not only was I not told I couldn't use my own Certified Divorce Finance Analyst to examine the financial details and provide my Financial Statement to the court, important and irreplaceable evidence was lost. I was erroneously double-b...illed for a four-way settlement conference. Attorney Law arrived late to court and was not able to examine financial records that would have disproved Defense's allegation I had despoiled marital assets. Worst of all there was never any written counter-offer for settlement made so I could easily have been obligated to pay the defendant's legal fees at trial.
