When my husband died I was left with numerous estate issues to settle. Since he had always handled our rather complicated finances, I had very little experience with such matters and was totally overwhelmed. Ms. Arbeitman not only resolved all the estate matters (such as transfer of accounts to my na...me, identifying and tracking down documents, and managing the probate process), but she patiently walked me through several of the procedures I needed to go through, as well as helping with phone calls to brokerage firms and other financial institutions. She was always highly professional while also being supportive and respectful of my situation. I am enormously grateful to her for seeing me so effectively through this difficult time.
