When my son found himself in trouble with an OUI we were scared and didn't know where to turn. My husband and I worked with Charlie buying our first home. He was recommended to us by my parents who have worked with him many times and he did not disappoint. Him and his assistant Corinna were so helpful and made this scary process seem like a breeze. He was so careful checking all our paperwork ...and even found gaps in our purchase and sale agreement and added an addendum that covered all our bases even a month after buying the house when the seller was looking for more money. Charlie just handled a house closing for us, and it was great dealing with him and his office (Corinna is the best). I would highly recommend using him for real estate transactions.
