Ann E. Meilus

As managing partner of Landry & Meilus, LLP, Ann Meilus combines practical experience with a steady focus on helping clients plan for the future and protect what matters most. Her practice centers on real estate, estate planning, probate, and advising nonprofits, supported by a deep background in title work through Southern New England Title Co., Inc., where she has served as both manager/director and managing title examiner. Ann’s legal career has included work as an associate attorney in Michigan, a law clerk handling family-law research, and a clinic intern assisting organizations with incorporation and federal tax-exempt status applications. Since 1995, she has built a trusted Massachusetts practice grounded in careful guidance and responsive service. Outside the office, Ann is active in the community and has held numerous leadership roles, including service with the Barre Housing Authority, Barre Library Trustees, and several local historical, arts, and preservation organizations. She is also involved with the Quabbin Education Foundation and supports community institutions such as UMass Memorial. Ann maintains memberships in several bar associations and elder law organizations and has been recognized for advocacy and professional achievement.
