Attorney David Berson graduated with his J.D. from New York Law School in 2012. Following his graduation, he practiced for several years as an Assistant District Attorney in the Sullivan County District Attorney's Office in New York. In 2015, David moved to Western Massachusetts and transitioned from criminal law to handling primarily Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions, Land Use and Zoning, as well as small business formation and permitting/licensing. He owned and operated his own solo practice starting in 2022 before joining Legacy Counsellors, P.C. in December of 2024. He focuses his practice on Land Use and Zoning, Real Estate transactions, and Estate Planning. David is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and New York.
